Our staff of three appraisers have completed over 4,000 residential, agricultural and commercial appraisals. Homestead Land Company provides appraisal service for appraisal management companies as well as many local lenders, attorneys and individuals. We can appraise residential as well as farm real estate.

10,000 acres of irrigated and dry cropland, CRP and pastureland are currently under management.
